Job Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients, internal stakeholders, or business units on a range of legal issues.

Minimum Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.), LL.B., or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active license to practice law and good standing with at least one state, provincial, or national bar; additional admissions may be required depending on jurisdiction.
  • Demonstrated experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, government agency, or comparable legal setting (experience range varies by role level).
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to interpret complex statutes, regulations, and case law.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating contracts, pleadings, or other core legal documents relevant to the primary practice area.
  • Excellent communication, client-management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a professional and ethical approach to practice.
