Job Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on commercial, corporate, regulatory, employment, and litigation matters to business and individual clients.

Minimum Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.), LL.B., or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
- Admission to practice and good standing with at least one state, provincial, or national bar association, as applicable.
- 1–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience for junior and mid-level roles; more for senior or lead counsel positions.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Experience drafting and negotiating contracts, pleadings, or other core legal documents in at least one primary practice area.
- Excellent verbal communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills, including ability to explain complex issues in plain language.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools and legal research platforms; willingness to learn new legal tech and matter management systems.
