Job Responsibilities

Interpret and advise on applicable statutes, regulations, guidance, policy statements and enforcement actions in relevant industry sectors.

Minimum Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD), LL.B. or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
Active license to practice law and good standing with at least one bar or legal regulatory authority, often in the jurisdiction of primary practice.
1–3 years of relevant experience for junior or associate roles; 4–8+ years for mid-level and senior regulatory lawyer positions.
