Job Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with a strong focus on civil litigation or trial advocacy.
Active license and good standing with at least one U.S. state bar; additional admissions (federal or multi-state) are often preferred.
1–3+ years of experience in personal injury, insurance defense, or general civil litigation for associate-level roles; more for senior counsel or partner.
Working knowledge of tort law, negligence standards, statutes of limitations, and applicable civil procedure rules.
