Job Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on a part-time or project basis in areas such as commercial contracts, corporate law, employment, or regulatory compliance.

- Stay current on relevant legal and regulatory developments in core practice areas to provide up-to-date guidance.
Minimum Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent law degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license and good standing with at least one state or national bar; additional admissions may be preferred for multi-jurisdictional work.
- 1–5+ years of post-qualification experience in a relevant practice area such as commercial, corporate, litigation, employment, or compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage matters independently and communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders within limited working hours.
- Reliable availability during agreed core hours, with the ability to meet deadlines and respond promptly within the part-time schedule.
- Basic proficiency with matter management, document management, and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, legal research platforms).

- Experience working in flexible, remote, contract, or alternative legal service models, including fractional or portfolio practices.
