Develop business through networking within the Miami business community, professional associations, and referral sources, depending on seniority and role.

Minimum Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school or recognized foreign equivalent with eligibility for Florida Bar admission.
Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar or a clear plan and eligibility to sit for and pass the Florida Bar exam within a defined timeframe.
1–3 years of legal experience for junior Miami lawyer roles; 4–8+ years of progressively responsible experience for mid-level and senior positions.
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, including experience drafting motions, pleadings, and transactional documents relevant to the chosen practice area.
