Job Responsibilities

Supervise junior associates, paralegals and outside vendors, ensuring high-quality work product, efficient legal project management and compliance with ethical obligations.

Minimum Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license and good standing with at least one state bar; admission to relevant federal courts preferred or required for many roles.
1–3 years of litigation experience for junior roles; 4–8+ years for mid-level and senior litigation attorney positions.
Demonstrated experience in civil or commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery and participating in hearings or motion practice.
Strong legal research and writing skills, with familiarity using major legal research platforms and court rules.
Ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines and stakeholders, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent advocacy, communication and negotiation skills, including comfort presenting to courts, arbitrators and clients.

Preferred Skills

Experience with complex litigation such as class actions, multi-district litigation (MDL), cross-border disputes or bet-the-company cases.
Background in specialized areas such as securities, antitrust, employment, IP, insurance coverage, construction or white-collar defense.
