Minimum Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
  • Active license in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar, or eligibility and willingness to obtain admission or comity transfer as required.
  • 1–5+ years of post-J.D. experience in a law firm, government, judicial clerkship, or in-house legal department, depending on role seniority.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with demonstrated experience drafting motions, contracts, or other substantive legal documents.
