Minimum Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
Active license to practice law and good standing with the Pennsylvania bar, or eligibility for admission within a defined timeframe.
1–3+ years of relevant legal experience for associate-level roles; more for senior associate or partner-track positions.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, including experience with motions practice or complex contract drafting.
