Job Responsibilities

  • Manage case and deal workflows, including docketing deadlines, organizing files, supervising support staff where applicable, and communicating regularly with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partners, senior counsel, paralegals, and business teams to develop litigation strategies, deal structures, and risk-mitigation plans tailored to client objectives.
  • Support business development and client relationship efforts, including client pitches, legal updates, CLE presentations, and community networking in the Phoenix legal market.

Minimum Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona, or clear eligibility to obtain Arizona admission (on motion, reciprocity, or within a defined timeframe).
  • 1–5+ years of experience practicing law in a law firm, in-house legal department, government agency, or judicial clerkship; some roles may consider strong entry-level candidates.
