Job Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients on Florida and federal law matters within assigned practice areas.

Minimum Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school or foreign equivalent with appropriate U.S. credential evaluation.
- Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar, or eligibility and commitment to obtain Florida Bar admission within a defined timeframe.
- 1–3 years of legal experience for junior and associate roles; 4–8+ years for mid-level and senior attorney positions.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with demonstrated experience drafting briefs, motions, contracts, or transactional documents.
- Ability to manage multiple matters, meet strict deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- High ethical standards, sound professional judgment, and adherence to confidentiality and conflicts-of-interest rules.
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, unless the employer explicitly supports visa processes.
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual or multilingual fluency, particularly English–Spanish, to serve Miami’s diverse and international client base.
- Experience in Miami-relevant practice areas such as real estate development, hospitality, international trade, immigration, or maritime law.
