Job Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school or foreign equivalent with appropriate U.S. credential evaluation.
Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar, or eligibility and commitment to obtain Florida Bar admission within a defined timeframe.
1–3 years of legal experience for junior and associate roles; 4–8+ years for mid-level and senior attorney positions.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with demonstrated experience drafting briefs, motions, contracts, or transactional documents.
Ability to manage multiple matters, meet strict deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
High ethical standards, sound professional judgment, and adherence to confidentiality and conflicts-of-interest rules.
Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, unless the employer explicitly supports visa processes.
