Job Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on federal, state, and local law across litigation, corporate, and regulatory matters in Washington, DC.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, and corporate governance documents.

Minimum Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school or foreign equivalent with appropriate U.S. accreditation.
Active bar admission in the District of Columbia, eligibility to waive in, or admission in another U.S. jurisdiction with willingness to obtain DC bar membership.
1–8+ years of experience practicing law in litigation, corporate, regulatory, government, or related practice areas, depending on role level.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, with demonstrated experience drafting motions, briefs, contracts, or advisory memoranda.
Proven ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
High ethical standards and familiarity with professional responsibility rules, confidentiality obligations, and conflict-of-interest requirements.
Authorization to work in the United States and ability to handle matters involving federal law, regulations, and agency practice.
