Job Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice on federal, state, and local law across litigation, corporate, and regulatory matters in Washington, DC.

  • Active bar admission in the District of Columbia, eligibility to waive in, or admission in another U.S. jurisdiction with willingness to obtain DC bar membership.
  • 1–8+ years of experience practicing law in litigation, corporate, regulatory, government, or related practice areas, depending on role level.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, with demonstrated experience drafting motions, briefs, contracts, or advisory memoranda.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • High ethical standards and familiarity with professional responsibility rules, confidentiality obligations, and conflict-of-interest requirements.
  • Authorization to work in the United States and ability to handle matters involving federal law, regulations, and agency practice.
