Job Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school or equivalent legal education recognized for Indiana bar admission.
  • Active license in good standing with the Indiana State Bar, or eligibility and willingness to obtain Indiana bar admission promptly.
  • 0–3 years of experience for entry-level roles, or 3–7+ years of relevant experience for mid-level and senior Indiana attorney positions.
  • Strong knowledge of Indiana substantive and procedural law, including familiarity with local court rules and filing practices.
  • Demonstrated legal research, writing and analytical skills using primary and secondary legal sources.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and client counseling abilities, with professional judgment and ethical integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines and work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
