Job Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law and good standing with at least one U.S. state bar (or foreign equivalent where applicable).
Foundational knowledge of U.S. immigration law, including family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian categories.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with experience drafting motions, briefs, or detailed client correspondence.
