Job Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

- Strong academic record, demonstrated analytical ability, and command of relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, advocacy, and client communication skills, including comfort advising C-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing teams or taking lead responsibility on large matters, with strong project management capabilities.
