Job Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
Active license to practice law and good standing with at least one state or national bar; additional admissions are often preferred for multi-jurisdictional work.
1–3 years of corporate or transactional experience for junior and entry-level roles; 4–8+ years for senior associate and counsel positions.
Demonstrated experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, or securities law gained at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions or matters simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to advise business stakeholders in clear, commercially focused language.
