Job Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including supply, distribution, services, outsourcing, and licensing agreements.

Minimum Requirements
- LLB/JD (or equivalent) from an accredited law school; strong academic record preferred.
- Admission to practice and good standing with at least one relevant bar or law society.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience for junior roles; 4–8+ years for senior or lead commercial counsel positions.
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably with exposure to technology, SaaS, or B2B services.
- Solid understanding of contract law principles, commercial law, and key concepts such as indemnities, warranties, and limitations of liability.
