  • Successful completion of the MPRE and compliance with Maine character and fitness requirements.
  • Demonstrated legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, including familiarity with Maine court practice.
  • 1–3 years of relevant legal experience for associate-level roles; more for senior or partner-track positions.
