Job Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on Washington state and federal law across corporate, commercial, employment, real estate, and/or litigation matters.

Minimum Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school or recognized foreign equivalent with U.S. LLM, as applicable.
Active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) or eligibility for prompt admission/limited license in Washington.
1–5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in a law firm, government agency, or in-house legal department, depending on role level.
Strong knowledge of at least one core practice area such as corporate transactions, commercial litigation, employment, real estate, technology, or regulatory compliance.
Proven legal research, writing, and analytical skills, including experience with legal research platforms and drafting complex documents.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts to non-lawyers clearly and concisely.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
