Job Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
Active license to practice law and good standing with the Minnesota State Bar, or eligibility for admission on motion/reciprocity where applicable.
1–5+ years of relevant legal experience in litigation, corporate, regulatory, real estate, employment, or related practice areas, depending on role seniority.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with demonstrated experience drafting complex legal documents and pleadings.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers and collaborate with diverse teams.
