Job Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
  • Active license to practice law and good standing with the Minnesota State Bar, or eligibility for admission on motion/reciprocity where applicable.
  • 1–5+ years of relevant legal experience in litigation, corporate, regulatory, real estate, employment, or related practice areas, depending on role seniority.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with demonstrated experience drafting complex legal documents and pleadings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers and collaborate with diverse teams.
