Job Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Active license in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar, or eligibility for admission or in-house counsel registration.
- 1–3 years of experience for junior and associate-level roles; 5+ years for senior associate and counsel positions.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills with experience using major legal research platforms.
- Prior experience in at least one practice area relevant to the role, such as litigation, corporate, real estate, employment, or regulatory.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced law firm or corporate environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing work and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
