Job Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

  • LL.B., J.D., or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution; LL.M. in international law or related field is often preferred.
  • Active license to practice law and good standing with at least one bar or law society; additional foreign qualifications are advantageous.
  • 2–5+ years of post-qualification experience in international law, cross-border transactions, arbitration, or trade law, depending on seniority level.
  • Strong grounding in private and/or public international law, including conflicts of law, jurisdiction, and enforcement of foreign judgments or awards.
  • Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex international contracts or submissions in arbitration or international adjudicatory bodies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to advise clients and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and cultures.
  • Professional fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., French, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin) may be required for certain markets.
