Minimum Requirements

Qualified lawyer with a JD or LLB from an accredited law school and strong academic performance.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction; admission to the bar in key sports markets is an advantage.
1–3 years of post-qualification experience for junior roles, with 5+ years for senior or lead counsel positions.
Foundational experience in commercial, employment, media, IP, or litigation/arbitration work, ideally with exposure to sports or entertainment clients.
Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements with attention to detail and risk allocation.
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, including familiarity with arbitration rules and procedures.
